Email us at info@shapedthelabel.com if you have any questions and we are happy to assist you further. For your purchases, you have a trial period of 14 calendar days. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any shape wear items. Items purchased from our sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any other questions you may have.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were not worn. If returning for a refund and you claimed a free gift, you must return the gift or this will be deducted from your refund total. 

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days or longer to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return?

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We won't be responsible for loss of your return or exchange. Partly for this reason we recommend that you send your exchange or return with a tracking number and send by registered mail so you can follow your exchange/return. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

By placing an order with Shaped, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to Shaped. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any shape wear items.
