If your waist and hip measurements fall within different sizes, choose the larger size.

All prices on the website are exclusive of shipping costs. Your Shaped items will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship on business days from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. We ship worldwide!

NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITH POSTNL

If you order before 3pm on a weekday, we will deliver your order the next working day between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Not at home? We will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If this is not possible, PostNL will take the package to an accesspoint the same afternoon where it will remain for 10 days. You can track your order via your track & trace number to see where your order has been delivered.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed to the email address you provided at checkout. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been shipped, including your track & trace number and a link to track your package. If there is a problem with your track & trace number, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

We want to ensure that you receive your Shaped order as soon as possible, so please ensure that you always enter the correct shipping address and contact name for the person receiving the package. This is your responsibility. If you have made a mistake or wish to make a change, please let us know immediately at info@shaped.com and we will make the change for you.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter their shipping address correctly. Please double-check the address you have entered, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address entered by the buyer.

The only thing we can do after your order has been shipped is to wait and see if the package is returned to us. Once we receive it, we can then ship the package to the correct address. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNING AN ORDER

By placing an order with Shaped, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to Shaped. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any shape wear items. 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

All of our shipments contain a track & trace number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received the order, you can contact the courier to investigate the issue. We cannot be held liable for packages where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

You can enter discount codes on your checkout page, click ‘apply’. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
